I’m a Certified HighLevel Admin with more than 12 years of experience in operations and customer service. I’ve always been the person who notices unnecessary steps, asks whether there’s an easier way and keeps experimenting until things work more smoothly.
How I Found My Way Into Tech
I spent more than a decade working in office management, operations and customer service. Eventually, a two-hour daily commute became too much, and I left my job to spend more time with my family and explore my entrepreneurial side.
My original plan was to grow my handmade felt-flower business. Unfortunately, my arthritis wasn’t nearly as enthusiastic about the hours of working with felt as I was. But the experience confirmed something important: I loved building things, solving problems, and running a business of my own.
After plenty of researching, learning and experimenting, I discovered HighLevel. It brought together so many things I naturally enjoy—creativity, operations, technology, learning and finding practical ways to make complicated processes easier.
The Person Behind the Screen
I’m an introvert, a lifelong learner and the kind of person who gets genuinely excited when I discover a better way to organize or automate something.
Outside work, you’ll often find me crocheting, experimenting with a recipe I probably won’t follow exactly, enjoying something wonderfully nerdy, or spending time with my family here in the Pacific Northwest.

WHAT MATTERS TO ME
Technology Should Make Life Easier.
I believe technology should make life easier, not leave people feeling overwhelmed, behind, or talked down to.
Clear explanations matter to me. Thoughtful work matters to me. And I believe a good system should support the real people using it, rather than forcing them to organize their lives around the technology.
